- From 2024, the Near Infrared (NIR) Spectrometers were transferred to the production line, and in 2025, a second unit was purchased, focusing on the development of inspection & analysis methods and applications related to cereal and sesame processing.
- we continue to expand oil quality detection projects, laying the foundation for the subsequent introduction of oil online automated real-time detection equipment through the expansion of the database. This reduces the use of chemical reagents, shortens testing times, increases sampling frequency, and enhances quality monitoring and improvement.
- in 2025, we continued to send employees to participate in the ISO/IEC 17025 laboratory accreditation standards training held by the Taiwan Accreditation Foundation (TAF), with a total of 2 individuals trained, accumulating 54 hours trained.
- Besides conducting maintenance on a scheduled basis, in 2025, we completed 54 external calibrations and 53 internal calibrations. All calibration results met the quality standards.
- organizations such as FAPAS, LGC, and the Food Industry Research and Development Institute. In various testing Items including peroxide value, acid value, Water content, free fatty acids, oil color, iodine value, fatty acid composition, crude fat, crude protein, ash content, and microorganisms, all comparison results received a "satisfactory" evaluation. In addition, the internal autonomous monitoring of glycidyl fatty acid esters (GEs) testing item was included in 2024. In 2025, we participated in an international proficiency test and achieved a "satisfactory" result.
