Fwusow Industry Supports United Daily News 74th Anniversary Sustainability Tree-Planting Initiative
On September 26, 2025, Fwusow Industry took part in the United Daily News 74th Anniversary Sustainability Initiative by joining a forest restoration effort at the Dadu Mountain Forest Restoration Center in Taichung. Contributing to the revival of the native species Lithocarpus hancei, the team engaged in activities such as soil filling, transplanting seedlings, and backfilling, personally planting over 600 native saplings—breathing new life into Taiwan’s natural ecosystem.

Fwusow Bridge” Completed in Xitou Area — A Testament to Cross-Sector Collaboration
Funded by the Fwusow Social Welfare Foundation, the “Fwusow Bridge” at the Xitou Nature Education Area of the NTU Experimental Forest was officially inaugurated on August 22, 2025.

The bridge was constructed in response to safety concerns at the entrance trail to University Pond and the lack of a crossing at Elementary Pond, where elevation differences between both ends of the lake trail affected visitor safety and accessibility. In a joint effort, faculty and students from NTU’s Department of Civil Engineering collaborated with the NTU Experimental Forest to design and analyze the bridge structure—integrating classroom knowledge with real-world application.

Shalu Zhulin Elementary School Students – One-Day Store Manager Experience at Family Mart Fwusow Shalu Store
On April 22, 2025, students from Zhulin Elementary School visited the FamilyMart Fwusow Shalu Store for a fun and meaningful One-Day Store Manager Experience.

Dressed in special uniforms, the students transformed into little store managers and learned how to greet and serve customers. The event also featured interactive activities, including hands-on experience with the ECOCO smart recycling machine, helping students understand the process of recycling and how it can be integrated into everyday life.

Fwusow Industry Awarded 2024 TCSA-Platinum of Sustainability Reports
The 17th Taiwan Corporate Sustainability Awards (TCSA), organized by the Taiwan Institute for Sustainable Energy (TAISE), was held on December 11, 2024, at the Han Lai Grand Hotel in Taipei. Fwusow Industry Co., Ltd. was awarded the highest honor in the Traditional Manufacturing category for its outstanding performance in the sustainability report—Platinum Award. Chairman Mr. Hong Yao-Kun and members of the sustainability team attended the ceremony to receive the award. The Chairman also gave an interview to the media, sharing the company's efforts and achievements in sustainable development.
