Since 2014, Fwusow Industry has adhered to the principles of "openness, transparency,
and integrity," continuously disclosing the company's achievements in aspects such as
Corporate Governance, Food Safety, environmental protection, and social responsibility.
With the increasing global Climate Change Risk, the gradual improvement of sustainable regulations Required by Law, and rising expectations from Stakeholders regarding corporate responsibility, sustainable development has evolved from an extension of corporate social responsibility to a core foundation for long-term competitiveness and operational resilience.
Founded in 1920, Fwusow Industry began with the oil manufacturing business and gradually expanded into a comprehensive food and agricultural enterprise encompassing edible oils, grain products, feed, pet food, and agricultural materials. For over a century, we have continuously cultivated the food and agriculture value chain, establishing a complete industrial value chain through vertical integration and technological innovation. In recent years, we have further integrated the concept of sustainable development into our core business operations, gradually building a sustainable management model based on the "agricultural and food circular economy."
Facing global climate change and resource pressures, Fwusow Industry adopts "Agri-Food Circular Economy × One Health" as its core concept for sustainable development. Through the integration of agricultural production, food processing, animal nutrition, and resource reuse, Fwusow Industry establishes a cross-industry circular food system. We believe that human health, animal health, and environmental health are interdependent, and only by achieving balance within the entire system can we truly move towards a sustainable future.
In the Environment Aspect, we continuously promote greenhouse gas inventories and Energy Management systems, implement energy-saving equipment, and integrate renewable energy to gradually reduce operational carbon emissions. Meanwhile, through the reuse of agricultural and food by-products, waste resources are converted into organic fertilizers to establish a Circular Agri-Food Model, enhancing resource utilization efficiency and reducing environmental burden.
In terms of governance, the company's Board of Directors continuously strengthens its supervisory functions regarding sustainability issues. Through the Sustainable Development Committee, risk management mechanisms, and internal control systems, climate change, supply chain management, and operational risks are integrated into the core of corporate decision-making, ensuring the company maintains stable development in the rapidly changing global environment.
In terms of society and talent, we continue to invest in talent development and organizational transformation. By integrating AI and intelligent manufacturing technology, we enhance production efficiency and knowledge transfer. Simultaneously, we actively establish long-term, trust-based partnerships with suppliers, customers, and local communities to jointly enhance the resilience and social value of the industry chain.
