The 17th Taiwan Corporate Sustainability Awards (TCSA), organized by the Taiwan Institute for Sustainable Energy (TAISE), was held on December 11, 2024, at the Han Lai Grand Hotel in Taipei. Fwusow Industry Co., Ltd. was awarded the highest honor in the Traditional Manufacturing category for its outstanding performance in the sustainability report—Platinum Award. Chairman Mr. Hong Yao-Kun and members of the sustainability team attended the ceremony to receive the award. The Chairman also gave an interview to the media, sharing the company's efforts and achievements in sustainable development.
![Fwusow Industry Oil Refining Factory Awarded the First Low-Carbon Building Label Certification- Ministry of the Interior]()
On November 29, 2024, the Ministry of the Interior held the first "Low-Carbon (Low Carbon Content) Building Label Certification Ceremony," where Fwusow Industry oil factory in Taichung Harbor plant was awarded the "1+ (Plus)" level of the Low-Carbon Label, the highest honor for this certification. It also became the first production facility to receive this certification.

The 7th edition of the Global Corporate Sustainability Awards (GCSA), hosted by the Taiwan Institute for Sustainable Energy, was held on November 20, 2024, at the Grand Hotel Taipei. For the first time, Fwusow Industry participated in the competition with sustainability reports and won the "Bronze Award." This recognition highlights the company's efforts and achievements in sustainable development, building a trusted brand and corporate value.

The 2024 Happy Enterprise Voting event organized by 1111 Job Bank held its award ceremony on November 11, 2024, at the Le Méridien Taipei Hotel. Fwusow Industry Co., Ltd. won the "Manufacturing Industry" Gold Award, with Chairman Hong Yao-Kun attending the event on behalf of the company.

On October 30, 2024, the Ministry of Agriculture held a press conference to launch the "Agricultural Sustainability ESG Custom Matching Platform (ESG Store)," co-hosted by Deputy Minister Du Wen-Jhen and Director General of the Resource Sustainability Division, Zhuang Lao-Da. The event welcomed companies that closely collaborate with the Ministry, represented by our Assistant Wang Si-Chuan.
![Agricultural Sustainability ESG Custom Matching Platform (ESG Store)]()
The ESG Store offers tailored ESG project execution in agricultural settings. Since its launch in February 2023, it has successfully established partnerships with 72 companies, showcasing the results of public-private collaboration. To expand corporate partnerships, the platform provides a range of services covering Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and four key areas of agricultural net zero (reduction, enhancement, circulation, and green trends), with ten project types including circular agriculture, sustainable production, low-carbon agricultural products, resilient agriculture, animal welfare, agricultural cultural heritage, agricultural development, and food education.

On October 7, 2024, the "Net Zero Green Living for a Sustainable Future" initiative had been held in the Taichung City Government, in which Fusow Industry also participated. General Manager Zhao Wen Chiang attended to show support. The event featured a booth displaying carbon footprint label products of Fusow Industry and self-developed strains, along with explanations for the public about sustainable agricultural practices. The aim was to raise awareness of our actions in sustainability.

The 8ᵗʰ Annual Taiwan-Japan Pet Management Workshop was held in National Taipei University of Science and Technology. The event was enjoyed by enthusiastic participants online and offline. Fwusow Industry is the largest domestic pet food manufacturer in Taiwan. PRO’S CHOICE is also Taiwan’s first pet food brand initiated by Fwusow Industry. Additionally, popular pet food brands like EXPERT, GREENS and ADVOCARE are all produced by Fwusow Industry. Under our Chairman’s leadership, we uphold integrity, avoid cutting corners, and use fresh ingredient from Taiwan. We deliver quality pet food at the human grade consumption level. We will continue to manufacture top quality pet food products.

Our general manager, James Chao, received the honor on behalf of the company. Upholding the spirit of "providing safe and healthy food for all". Fwusow Industry manages meticulously for food products, food for the animals and fertilizers. We sell oil, grains, pet foods, organic products, livestock/ poultry and aquaculture products. Furthermore, we invest 1.2 billion NTD in establishing Charming Food, the first in Taiwan to adopt air-chilled slaughter equipment. These endeavors are our steadfast commitment and assurance to food safety and high quality. We will continue our effort for the next 100 years.

Fwusow Industry participated in Asia Responsible Enterprise Awards (AREA) organized by Enterprise Asia. With the theme "Circular Agri-Food Economy, reducing carbon emission with local community". This was another global recognition after we earned our first Circular Economy Prize of APEA since 2019.
![9th Annual Cerear Table Tennis Tournament]()
The 9ᵗʰ Cerear Table Tennis Tournament was guided by the principle of "taken from society, give back to society". We hope to nurture more talented players. Originally starting from coastal area, the competition has expanded to 7 cities and countries in central Taiwan. In 2023, the regional coverage has further extended from Hsinchu to Tainan. A total of 77 teams with 675 players have registered, along with nearly a thousand managers and coaches.

In 6ᵗʰ Nov. 2023, the awarded ceremony of the 5ᵗʰ Low-carbon and Sustainable City Award in Taichung City was held in the 1st floor of Taichung City Hall. The event honored businesses, academic institutions, and individuals who have made outstanding contributions to low-carbon sustainability and achieved remarkable results in energy conservation and carbon reduction. Fwusow Industry received the prize for topic as circular economy, intelligence manufacture, carbon reduction. Our chairman received the prize and shared the joy with employee. We still work together on sustainable development, energy reduction and carbon reduction in response to SDGs.
