  • The Employee Welfare Committee had a total income of NT$7,640,516 and total expenses of NT$7,069,107, with expenses accounting for 92.52% of the income, each employee distribute for NT$ 10,320 in average.
  • 1 employee faced health challenges, prompting the committee to provide special relief funds to assist during this difficult time.
  • We offer an employee stock ownership trust, matching 20% of the employees’ contributions monthly, with 30.7% of employees participating in 2024. A total of NT$7,877,965 in dividends was distributed to employees in 2024.
  • We have offered employee dependent scholarship for NT$291.5 thousands, support employee and their families.
