We gather the latest food-related domestic and international laws and regulations based on the requirements issued from the stakeholders, and relay the information to the relevant business units for implementation to ensure all food safety requirements are executed to meet and comply with international and local standards.

As of the end of 2024, we have adopted including 213 domestic regulations (108 of which are laboratory regulations) and 28 international regulations, covering 100% of our product range.
Newly enacted regulations primarily include updates to 7 items, 9 regulations revisions (including guides), 2 laboratory testing methods and 7 revisions to TAF documents. All regulations were discussed by the ISO Implementation Committee and related units.
In terms of major food safety issues, the discovery of illegal additives of “Sudan dye” in the domestic food market in 2024 had the widest impact. The competent authority announced penalties for products found to contain 'Sudan dye. For these incidents, we conducted a thorough inspection, reviewing all chili-related raw materials and finished products. We confirmed that no Sudan dye contamination was found and publicly disclosed the product inspection reports on our official website.
Charming Food has held 6 food safety control group conferences, discussing and resoluting about raw material, equipments, processing and regulations, covering 100% of our product range. Charming Food has collected 9 regulations, covering amendments to food labeling and advertising claims, Standards for Residual Limits of Food Detergents and Pesticides, etc.
After evaluation, it was concluded that the aforementioned regulatory changes had no significant impact on the current food safety management system, and therefore no system modifications were necessary.
Fwusow Hsin has adopted a total of 61 domestic regulations, with all related sales activities carried out in compliance with these laws.
Won Gee Sheng has adopted a total of 16 domestic regulations, also under the regulations.
