Amidst the ongoing international focus on food safety issues and the updating of regulations, as well as the revision of laws and regulations by domestic health authorities, we continuously collect and identify the latest legal requirements and stakeholder demands. We promptly review and revise our methods and standards to ensure that food safety management aligns with both domestic and international practices.
- In 2025, we have a total of 4 full-time food technicians. Part icipate in ISO Implementat ion Committee and Food Safety Team meetings to ensure the establishment of a compliant, executable, and effective operating mechanism.
- In 2025, we have incorporated a total of 223 domestic regulations (including 111 laboratory regulations) and 30 international regulations, covering 100% of our product range. Newly incorporated content included: 10 newly enacted regulations, 3 amended laws and regulations (including guidelines), 3 laboratory testing methods, and 6 updated TAF documents. The collected regulations are discussed cross-functionally at monthly ISO Implementation Committee and Food Safety Team meetings by departments such as production, sales, R&D, inspection, and related business units. Actions Taken in Response are confirmed by the Food Safety Team to ensure the establishment of a compliant, executable, and effective operating mechanism. - We allocated personnel to maintain and update information on the Food Business Registeration, FDA. And we update the data to "Food Traceability Management System" by collected daily product items and contract-manufactured product in Taichung Harbor Plant monthly, covered 100 % products.

In 2025, Charming Food held a total of 6 food safety control team meetings to discuss and make decisions regarding raw materials, on-site equipment and processes, and regulatory aspects, covering 100% of the product range.
- During the meeting, 5 regulatory clauses were collected and discussed, covering pesticide residue tolerance standards, the scope and limits of use and specifications for food additives, good hygiene practices for food, the Health Food Control Act, and the establishment of food safety monitoring plans.
