We adopted ISO 45001 & TOSHMS, Taiwan Occupational Safety and Health Management Systems, to create a safe workplace and our goal is to reduce occupational hazards.
We have established'Occupational Safety and Health Committee' to overlook workplace and occupational safety. The committee meets regularly to discuss occupational safety suggestions and the coordination and management of various related plans to ensure the proper functioning of the management system.

To assist employees in identifying workplace hazards, we regularly conduct 'Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Control' workshops. Through systematic introductions and practical discussions, employees learn to master the three stages of hazard identification, assessment, and effective control methods, thereby deepening their awareness of safety.
Considering the forklifts are what we usually use in the plants, we have held “Forklift Operator Training” to guide employees to obtain licenses legally.

Regard to our independent contractors, we :
- Implement hazard notifications
- Provide pre-construction education and training
- Hold toolbox meetings
- Organize coordination meetings
